As a Senior CNC Miller, you are the expert and source of information for your direct colleagues in the milling department (approximately 5 colleagues). You ensure that knowledge, experience and quality remain at the highest level. In addition, you are the point of contact for our engineers: you actively contribute to the development and further development of new, often complex products.
 

Your role
 

1. Technical expert: You are the technical source of information for your colleagues in the milling department. You guide and support your team members with technical challenges.

2. Link with engineering: You are the first point of contact for engineers and R&D when introducing new products or process improvements. Your input is immediately included in the development.

3. Independent CNC milling: You set up NC/CNC machines, program complex operations (3- to 6-axis) and actively participate in high-quality products.

4. Quality and innovation: You guarantee the high quality standards, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure a safe, tidy workplace.

5. International team: You will work together in an international group, with Dutch and English as the working languages.

What to bring
 

1. Extensive CNC experience: Several years of experience as a CNC miller, preferably with Heidenhain control.

2. Experience with CAM software: Knowledge of Espirit is required, experience with similar CAM systems (such as Mastercam or Autodesk) is an advantage.

3. MBO-4 working and thinking level in a technical direction.

4. Strong communication skills: You know how to communicate your knowledge clearly, both to colleagues and engineering.

5. Team player: You get energy from working together and supporting a small team.

6. Language skills: You speak Dutch and/or English.

Als Senior CNC Frezer ben jij de expert en vraagbaak voor je directe collega’s op de freesafdeling (circa 5 collega’s). Jij zorgt dat kennis, ervaring en kwaliteit op het hoogste niveau blijven. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze engineers: jij denkt actief mee in de ontwikkeling en doorontwikkeling van nieuwe, vaak complexe producten.

 

Jouw rol

• Technisch expert: Je bent de technische vraagbaak voor je collega’s op de freesafdeling. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt je teamleden bij technische uitdagingen.

• Schakel met engineering: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor engineers en R&D bij de introductie van nieuwe producten of procesverbeteringen. Jouw input wordt direct meegenomen in de ontwikkeling.

• Zelfstandig CNC-frezen: Je stelt NC/CNC-machines in, programmeert complexe bewerkingen (3- tot 6-assig) en werkt actief mee aan hoogwaardige producten.

• Kwaliteit en innovatie: Je waarborgt de hoge kwaliteitsnormen, signaleert verbetermogelijkheden en zorgt voor een veilige, nette werkplek.

• Internationaal team: Je werkt samen in een internationaal gezelschap, met Nederlands en Engels als voertalen.
   

Dit neem je mee
 

• Ruime CNC-ervaring: Meerdere jaren ervaring als CNC-frezer, bij voorkeur met Heidenhain besturing.

• Ervaring met CAM-software: Kennis van Espirit is vereist, ervaring met vergelijkbare CAM-systemen (zoals Mastercam of Autodesk) is een pré.

• MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau in een technische richting.

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden: Je weet je kennis duidelijk over te brengen, zowel richting collega’s als engineering.

• Teamspeler: Je haalt energie uit het samenwerken en ondersteunen van een klein team.

• Taalvaardig: Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels.
